We're on a mission to help you live longer, healthier lives.

Hello world!

My name is Bill. I've been an active person for as long as I can remember, from lifting before class to pickup soccer on the weekends.

Then my life changed. I was in a car crash. I received three surgeries to replace the bones and tendons in my shoulder. I lost most of the hobbies I had in life and all I cared about was recovery. Naturally I got into supplements, then peptides.

I realized there is a problem with the longevity space: information is asymmetric. You can't see what works, or doesn't.

Supplements sold in most major stores tell you nothing about purity, quality, or third-party testing.

The best information I found during recovery came from real people sharing what they tried and what actually worked for them. That's why we built Staq: the app for tracking and sharing supplements.

You add your stack, log your progress, and see what your friends are taking. We're surfacing knowledge that used to be buried in private group chats and bodybuilding forums.

Welcome to biohacking.
